You warrant that all information provided at the time of account registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.
RM88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registration information is found to be materially false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. RM88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify RM88 support immediately at [email protected].
RM88 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and documentation confirming ownership of your registered payment methods before deposits are processed, bonuses are credited, or withdrawals are approved. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RM88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or matters outside RM88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. RM88 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime that falls outside its reasonable control.
RM88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Player Account within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations. RM88 is not responsible for delays arising from the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or the blockchain network.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed by RM88 within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing timelines may be extended for accounts requiring additional verification or for withdrawal amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. RM88 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that have been used for prior deposits. RM88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Platform's banking section.
Player Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. RM88 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity administration fee from dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified in advance of any such deduction.

RM88 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this clause and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
RM88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where RM88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or where continued account operation presents a compliance or reputational risk to RM88.

RM88's aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Player Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
